Individual Holding Session

You are invited to request a one-on-one Holding session with Stephanie or another endorsed and trained Holder who is near your desired location. This is an individual experience that brings gentle, corrective energy to pre-verbal and young attachment wounds, historical mis-attunement from caregivers, and any general sense of touch starvation. This work is focused on connecting you with younger parts of yourself and finding self-love and security within a strong and stable framework of healing touch. This experience involves 2+ preparation calls, the Holding session itself, and 2+ integration calls, all customized by you and your Holder to support your unique needs and history.
